We ship all orders exclusively within Canada, using Canada Post as our trusted delivery partner.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Method: All items are shipped via Canada Post. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with costs calculated based on your location and package size.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and selected service.

  • Delivery Time: Typical delivery times are 2–7 business days, depending on your region and selected shipping option.

  • Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number. You will receive tracking details by email once your package ships.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently deliver only to Canadian addresses. Orders placed for delivery outside of Canada will be cancelled and refunded.
